Wow simply wow. I loved NOIR NY. Came here as a recommendation and all my exceptions were blown away. Phil was amazing. Food A+, service was top notch. I dropped my fork and the waiter ran to me with a new one instantaneously. Great music vibes too. 5 stars. Will 100% be returning

I went on a dinner date here and loved the ambiance. The red interior is very sultry and sexy, I also enjoyed the soft lighting. It’s a venue that’s easy on the eyes and ears, on the night I visited there was light music but nothing too powerful, so I was able to cozy up and chat over dinner.
